Pills are huge
Not sure about the efficiency of the pills, but the requirement to take 4 on an empty stomach is difficult because the pills are huge and feel like they stick in my throat. I think I may have wasted my dollars because they are so difficult to swallow, and I take lots of supplements, but these are too much. Sorry.

May interact with BP medicine
I think the flower extract reacted with my BP medicine,but I'm not sure. I took one pill and 30 minutes later started cramping really bad. Then my cycle started eight days early and really heavy which was abnormal for me.
