I first heard of chaga tea while watching the TV show, Alaskan Bush People. One of the guys mentioned the family's use of the fungi by scraping it off from the tree & chewing it directly or brewing it into a tea. He said it perks them up & helps with stomach ailments. That's all I needed to hear! I have GERD & frequent stomach discomfort. Now, whenever my stomach is distressed, I prepare a cup of chaga tea & the discomfort disappears! I'm not aware of any efficacious properties for the GERD or, for that matter, perking me up. I'm able to sleep just fine after having an evening cup. Normally, I wouldn't consider spending $20 for 20 tea bags, but I regard it as medicinal, so it's worth every penny! The taste is actually pleasant, not too earthy & not at all pungent in taste or smell. Enjoy your cuppa tea!

I enjoy this Chaga tea. Drink once a day. Only use the tea bag twice. I can feel the benefits of drinking it, more energy, lowers blood sugar and wards off illness. I noticed at this writing that it's out of stock. I have it on subscription. I hope it doesn't go away.Update: This company took this tea off of Amazon subscription plan and drastically increased its price. Too many other sources to continue with this brand.

It helps my sister and her kid not to get any bad cold or flu. There has been lots of kids with cold or flu in my neice's class in elementary school, but after taking the tea almost every day, she and her Mother are almost untouched by any serious episode of sickness coming from my neice's class. It's worthy of money.

I added a cinnamon stick to enhance the flavor. I also purchased cinnamon flavored.

This did not taste like the Chaga I have had in the past.

Never had mushroom tea prior to this, but definitely love it. I added it to part of my healthy and clean eating regimen. Definitely felt a lot healthier after adding it.

It tasted Smokey, and it gives me A LOT of energy. Wish it wasn't so expensive, oh well

I like it. Not an overwhelming flavor or smell. Kind of earthy
