this camera is low EMF so it will be good if you have EMF sensitivity.
I give it 5 stars for this reasonI have EMF sensitivity (all other cameras I tried give me a headache if on zooms for more than an hour).This camera has no facial recognition chip which is why the pictures are grainy, BUT allow me to be on zooms for hours without headaches. The facial recognition chip can be a cause for headaches, etc for sensitive people.It may not be up to snuff, in terms of quality of pic, but if you get eye strain or headaches this camera cant be beat for the low price. you can manually adjust the lens a little.

Doesn't sit well on the top of my screen
I like it kind of... it does not sit /clamp on very well to the top of my screen. I had to use a clip to hold the cord in a position where I could get the camera to sit and stay where I wanted it. Also... picture/screen quality is not superb.. a bit blurry. Not sure why it took two weeks to get it when it was sent quickly after ordering.

Abysmal video quality
I received this as a Christmas gift, and it is by far the worst webcam in terms of picture quality I have ever used, and I've been using them since the mid-90s. With a max resolution of 480p at 30 fps, this product belongs to that decade. Now, I'm going to have to shell out my own money to buy a decent webcam so as not to disappoint the gift giver. Thankfully, good webcams are not too expensive. There is no good reason to buy this product.
