Amazingly flexible pedal
Really impressed with this pedal. I don't use MIDI at all and I still love this thing. It has 4 overdrive voicings, and for the most part they all sound distinctly different:-The green sounds like a more clear crisp TS9 Screamer, very cool and can potentially replace your TS-The magenta is a balanced warm but articulate KOT style sound (probably my favorite)-The blue is similar to the magenta but more neutral and a touch harsher to my ears (my least favorite)-And the amber is the softest and most natural sounding of the bunch, warm with a nice touch of breakup (great for low gain chording, etc.)And then there are the boosts! Kicking in the boost really brings the OD circuit to life. The mid focused green pairs great with the magenta or amber, the yellow is great with darker sounding Les Paul style guitars, the aqua is probably my favorite as it adds a little brightness but is still quite balanced. The blue is just a neutral boost which can be handy too.And then there are the gain stages! I usually keep it lower gain, as it just sounds like that's its sweet spot, but it is cool that you can just tap the switches with your foot if you want a little extra push.Man, this thing just has endless possibilities and can really be tailor made to sound fantastic with pretty much any guitar.Only cons I would say are:-It doesn't do high gain well. They'll say it "has plenty of gain on tap", but when cranked up high it gets quite harsh and unrefined. Maybe can be usable for some, but I just found it unpleasant. It sounds killer low and medium gain though.-It is inherently bright, and yes you can open it up and mess with the internal trim pots, which can mellow it out a bit, but if you try to darken it too much it just looses its mojo. I prefer to trim back some of the presence but generally keep it how it's designed to be voiced, which just happens to be a little on the bright side. I don't mind brighter pedals if they are clear and articulate, which this is, so it doesn't bother me. I just find I need a heavier warmer sounding OD to compliment it when I want to do heavier power chords, etc. (which I use the Pantheon for).-It is expensive as hell for an OD. I picked mine up used and it's still my priciest pedal. However, it can potentially replace a couple of pedals (Bluesbreaker, Tube Screamer, Timmy, boost pedal, etc.) and the fact that it's got a built in boost, you really can see it as at least 2 pedals in one. So if you can afford it, it's actually a pretty decent value. So if those little caveats don't bother you, it's an amazing pedal to have on your board, and is just so much fun to experiment with.

Buyer Beware
My wife bought me this pedal from Amazon for Christmas. It was supposed to be a new unit but an Amazon sticker on the box led us both to believe that it was either a returned or refurbished pedal. I decided to at least try it out, thinking it may be just fine. However, it wouldn't power up at first, then once it did come on the power would randomly cut out. Never even had a chance to hear how it sounds.Jackson Audio has a reputation for high quality products, so I don't know what happened to this unit before it got to me, but I sent it back faster than you could say "Ho Ho Ho." I may try one out from a different source. I'm sure it's a great product.
