Very Happy Customer
I love this chair. I broke the massage pillow the first week. I went to raise it up and forgot I had the wiring tucked so that part broke. That was my fault though. For what I paid, the quality is better than I expected. Breaking the massage pillow turned out to be a happy accident. I find it more comfortable without the pillow, especially when using the footrest, which is almost always. The curved seat keeps me sitting straight. I tend to sit weird and it causes me back pain so I find that the seat keeping me sitting straight is very helpful. I am very happy with my purchase. I have recommended this chair to all of my gamer buddies.

Fine product
My son loves this charge only thing is the cords to plug it up are kind of short and would need an extension.

Worth the money for sure
Great style, pretty good texture and feel, okay massage function but my only complaints is poor arm/wrist support and the package came in beat to death but solid 8/10 product makes any rgb setup pop.

Decent
It’s a decent chair, it’s a little uncomfortable after a while. The tabs that raise the arms up and down are a little weak. One broke with in a week of having the chair.

Bad Chinese Chair
You know a product is going to be awful when the very first words in the poorly written manual are something to the effect of “DON’T RETURN THIS!I would pursue getting a full refund but as with so many Amazon items ...the manufacturer is ultimately in China and you’re stuck. What? I’m going to disassemble this cheap excuse for a chair, box it up drag it down to ups? Maybe this week but right now, I’m too angry. So why am I beyond apoplectic? 1) awful instructions even despite my multiple college degrees; 2) not only were the instructions awful because it took forever to figure out “no language” drawings with confusing arrows, but they don’t tell you what ORDER to put the parts together. So I figured that out too late during installing the back of the chair and had to disassemble the section I was working on and reassemble. 3) I bought it for an electrical lower back massager and, for laughs, LED lights. The laugh’s on me. Guess what instructions have zero instructions about how to hook up the very short what appear to be wires you’d plug into a computer or a strip accommodating computer wires? And it’s not clear what wires go where. There’s a tiny cheap remote about the size of a box of Tic Tacs with about 15 buttons that is indecipherable. No instructions. Nothing. Thanks. 4) Worst of all, I bought this because I work long hours at my desk at home now. So most infuriating of all, after the hours of assembling thus, turns out it’s horribly uncomfortable and stiff. There’s a small pad to stretch your feet on and lean back but guess what? The chair doesn’t lean. So that’s uncomfortable sitting at a desk with.I’m 6’1” and the seat is too short, the back too stiff and the armrests are too short and stiff and made of hard uncomfortable plastic. But the wise Chinese seller knows for $200, most Shanghaied customers are not going to disassemble it and ship it back.So it’s likely I’ll either throw it in the garbage or otherwise dispose of it. Now to start shopping for a reputable chair in the good old USA. I may change my mind and demand a complete refund and still disassemble it and send it back at their expense.Have I contacted the manufacturer or Amazon? Not yet. I need some sleep.

Stay mindful of the usb cables!! They rip easy...
I love this chair. I said it was easy to assemble because I made my husband do it. I heard him cuss a few times but he assembled it pretty quickly. I ordered a pink chair BUT I received a blue neck pillow instead. My only other complaint are the USB cables... they rip easy. I reached out to the company to inquire if the vibrating lumbar support is sold separately. Recommendation: The company should include a chargeable battery pack with the chair to reduce the chances of ripping out the USB cables....

High price tag
This chair is nice but after maybe about a week of using it, I noticed that I don’t really use the main features of the chair. The back massager ,when I had it plugged in, did nothing but just vibrate my back to sleep before I just turned it off and never turned it on again. The led lights really don’t get used because I have to keep unplugging the cord after some tangling incidents. Wires if not organized correctly can easily be ripped out when Turning the chair. The arm rests for some reason can turn inwards and outwards way too easily so they are kind of uncomfortable to use. The material of the chair is of good quality and the packaging was adequate as well. The foot rest is comfortable and being able to lean your seat back to almost laying down was a plus for me. If you’re looking for something with better support for your neck I’d look elsewhere, the neck support pillow can’t touch my neck unless I slump down to make it touch. Overall high price tag for a chair with more gimmicks

Poor quality
It's a decent chair but the reclining part is EXTREMELY SHORT if you're under 4ft tall this is might be comfortable enough to recline in.The lights stopped working after 2 days.I ordered a chair with features...The features are horrible honestly but hey....I got a chair.
