Is the yellow a true yellow or mustard yellow?

It looks like mustard yellow, to me, on my computer monitor.

For an adult that has a small head will this Beanie fit snuggly without slipping over ones eyes?

I think it will slip over eyes. It fit is good BUT it’s a bit long and heavy from the warm goodness (which I actually like). This means though the weight of it may causes it to slip down. Also the length makes me have to try to slope it towards the back so I don’t look like a cone shaped head alien. But I still love it. It is super warm and cute.

How do I swap out the one I purchased for the same hat but different color?

You should have received a slip inside the package & you use that to return with ALL the original packing etc & leave in plastic if it cosmetics that way.
