I will be making a repeat purchase. What prompted me to make my initial purchase was that I heard nutmeg stimulates growth hormone. The gentleman who was explaining this also stated taking nutmeg right before going to sleep for the night is a great time to take it. Nutmeg is such a valuable spice for other reasons as well, but stimulating growth hormones was the first time I had heard this and I will be looking more into it. This organic nutmeg capsuled in a clean non-excipient formula is wonderful and for this reason I will continue to purchase this product.

Seems to be high quality good stuff , taking it for fatty liver

Capsules are only 2/3 full, so could they use smaller capsules?
