Replace your own filters and save some money
OE filters for trucks with the 6.7L Cummins. Save yourself about $300 by changing the filters yourself as opposed to dealer completion. Make sure you have a 28mm 6 point socket for the secondary filter near the firewall. The filter housing is plastic and a 12 point socket will damage the housing.

On the fence if genuine or real
I have been using these filters in both our 2500 trucks for a couple of years with zero issues. Both trucks on 35k miles and filter changed per dash indicator. However, I am still on the fence if they are true genuine OEM or not. They pass 90% of advice from Geno’s garage other than the Cummins brand does have lettering over it. Next time I am at the dealership I am going to ask for an OEM one to compare.
