I wear a large in most clothing and this fits very well on me kinda like its hugging my skin hut it stretches and is breathable! Please get it definitely is a good workout shirt

These are really good quality shirts for the price. I am 5’7”, 150 between small/medium for tops. I got the medium and they fit exactly how I wanted. They’re snug without feeling suffocating or unflattering. I normally hate wearing sleeves while working out because I get so warm, but these are surprisingly breathable. Washed the black one so far and held up well.

I do like the shirts. They look great and feel soft. I noticed the tag read XL.I ordered the large. I'm not returning because although it's a bit long, it looked and felt ok.

I usually wear L but I sized up to XL and it fit so well. It’s summer and I was in the gym, I was sweating but I was surprised that the tee was so comfortable and quick dry too. Exactly what I was looking for a workout fit.
