You have to set this up using a phone it doesn’t come with a remote & it took me a good few try’s to get it to pair but no issues now that it is all set up.

Review regarding after sales service.I checked the lights and that everything worked correctly before installation. After installation everything worked fine for 2 days, then suddenly not working at all. Most likely the LED controller or the transformer being faulty.I have been exchanging emails back and forth with the seller for a week before they agreed to send replacements 2 days ago which I accepted.Yesterday I received another mail saying that I had to submit this review of their after sales service before they could sent the replacement articles.In conclusion the aftersales service could act quicker on reports of malfunctioning items.I am now really hoping that the replacement items will be sent out quickly via Amazon and that I will not have to wait weeks for items arriving from China or somewhere else.

Out of the set 3 lights are showing two colours ? Lights coming on of their own accord ? Totally disappointed but CISLAN has offered to send out two replacement lamps. Totally unexpected & great customer service 10/10

The media could not be loaded.  Lights look great on our decking. Wish the remote worked a little further away but we do have a long garden. Electrician installed for us and seemed to be easy.
