I gave this to my husband for Valentine’s Day because he likes to patty the burgers but has pain in his hands. He loves it and it keeps his hands clean too. He makes up a big batch and we freeze them. There are marks showing 1/4 pound and 1/2 pound so you can choose your size burger. Dishwasher safe, good quality, perfect color. Just a way to make life a little easier.

Great way to make hamburger patties to freeze for quick use. Very sturdy, easy to wash after use and east to use! Good value for the price!

I really like this thing. Saves lots of cash buying the bulk pack vs premade patties. This is a replacement for one I cracked (don’t ask)! Wife has gifted these, even though I’m the one using it! I have found making a very firm ball of meat helps and then I push down with a good amount of pressure in the press. I twist the top a little before I lift the pattie out to get the top to release without peeling it apart. Then it separates easily from the removable bottom plate. Pays for itself quickly.

I picked up this burger press to help with our summer family cookouts, where I'm typically making anywhere from 12 to 20 burgers at a time. After using it, I can say it definitely simplifies the process and helps create more uniform patties than shaping them by hand. The press is easy to use and produces burgers with a consistent size and thickness, which makes grilling much easier since everything cooks more evenly. For anyone feeding a crowd, that alone makes this tool worthwhile. A few tips that worked well for me: Use a light coating of cooking spray or a piece of plastic wrap to help prevent sticking and make patty removal easier. A kitchen scale is helpful if you want consistent 1/4-pound or 1/3-pound burgers. Place wax paper or parchment paper between patties for easy stacking and storage. I like to place the finished patties in the freezer for about an hour before grilling. This firms them up and makes them much easier to handle getting on the grill. The press itself is simple, sturdy, and gets the job done without a lot of fuss. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can take a little experimentation to find the easiest way to release patties cleanly, especially with higher-fat ground beef. Once you develop a routine, though, it works quite well. Overall, this is a useful kitchen tool that makes preparing burgers for family gatherings and cookouts faster, easier, and more consistent.

We were considering this one as well as some stainless steel versions but are really happy we went with this choice. Feels more substantial, good quality.

LOVE this thing! It has changed my life when it comes to making burgers and makes the process so much easier. It is really easy to clean since you can just stuff it in the dishwasher and its design means there are very little weird places for gunk to get. Its very durable too with this being the second one I've bought only because I dropped the first one one too many times and it broke in half. Its small enough to slip pretty much any where and everything clicks together nicely so you don't lose any pieces. Works wonders dude and is so so simple!

I've always preferred a "mold" like this. They fail for a variety of reasons. My first one of this type broke because I jammed the lifter plate in so carefully place it in the bottom without forcing it.

I had one of these a while back and was careless and broke it, couldn't find another one till now and ordered it asap. I had tried another one from the local big box store that was similarly made but it didn't work good at all. I was happy to get this one again and will be a little more careful with it this time. The 4 inch parchment rounds I got work perfectly in this press and you can really crank out the burgers. Try this one if you've been disappointed with other burger presses, I think you'll be happy and the 4 inch rounds work good with it.

Works well, easy to use, makes good size quarter pounder burgers. I add a little oil to grease the item otherwise they get stuck in the press. Handy making lots burgers this summer for BBQ
