The diameter is about 7 13/16" from inside edge to inside edge. I don't know about interchangeability with their other pans.

No, not recommend for induction stovetops.

Q: Is the handle "cool touch" or safe to touch during stovetop use?

Yes. The handle does not get hot when cooking on top of the stove. I really like this pan.

8 inch diameter and 4 inch depth.
