Excellent product - makes the ride so much more enjoyable with music, phone, and nav!
Excellent product - the volume is great provided you have a helmet designed to accommodate Bluetooth headset speakers, which I found out the hard way initially. Some cheaper helmets require you to cut in to the padding to place the earpiece, and then it places extra pressure on your ear that makes them hurt after not too long. All of that is a fault of the helmet and not at all this device.I can't comment on it for the intercom feature, but I use it daily for music, navigation, and phone and absolutely love it. When it picks up a call the person on the other end has no idea I'm on the bike no matter how fast I'm going. The wind cancellation on this is wonderful and really does a great job of sounding as clear as if you were on the normal handset inside.Music playing works great up to a certain point and again, depending on your helmet's quality/sound, that speed will vary for each person but I can get to 70 and still hear enough to enjoy the song. Talking on the phone at that point is also do-able, but while the person on the other end might be able to hear you OK, there may be some details in their voice that are hard to hear depending on their tone of voice.I've been very impressed with the battery life as well. The quoted 8-10 hours of use seems on the low end but I haven't brought out a timer to give it a full test.If there was anything I could change it would likely be the button layout as it does take some getting used to and even now I occasionally hit the wrong button for volume or song changing with gloves on. You can indeed get Siri to work too - push the talk button twice quickly.Living in Chicago, I almost always have Waze up and running since rerouting around traffic is a minute by minute game in the loop. The reroute Waze voice does a great job of cutting into the music and letting me know what I need without looking down, then turns back up the music once she's done talking. Same goes for phone calls that nicely ring for a moment and then auto answer (can be a bad thing sometimes but I don't think there's another safe way to give you an ability to pickup a call hands free), followed by a quick return to music once the call has ended. This device looks identical to several others here on the 'Big River' that all have much worse reviews, so I'm not sure if there really is any difference but if you're looking between them all and find this one to be a few extra bucks I'd say it's worth the piece of mind as mine has worked flawlessly from day 1.

Made the motorcycle ride even more fun!!!
Made our week long tour great!!Bought a set for a Colombia tour with a buddy. His phone did not work there and the intercom saved us. One hour into our ride my motorcycle died as we were coming into a fork in the highway. We would have definitely lost each other for a few hours. He was about a half mile away and he headed back as soon as I told him I was stuck.I am basing my feedback on the week I used them. The manual is poorly written so make sure you have looked at the you tube assemblies and syncing, before you leave home. took about 10 minutes to install and was straight forward.Battery lasted more than 8 hours a day. Actually we never drained the batteries completely. The sound was clear and probably loud enough to protect your hearing. Above 80 mph it becomes harder to hear and certainly depends on the quality or sound proofing of the helmet. They are easy to disconnect from the base which stays on the helmet as you need to recharge and it was easier to leave helmets on the motorcycles. One caveat is that the plug is proprietary so dont lose them.Listened to music and sounded nice.GPS could be heard as well.Didnt really use the phone. These were a great investment and now I am using them to ride with my kids.

Cheap alternative works for me.
i think the set up from Nolen is like $230 for single and $330 for double, this thing works great for me, don't have any friends that have it to connect to but having tunes and the phone access is awesome. speaker placement is critical and mine were too high at first and hurt my ears and didn't sound very good, after I lowered them the bass came through and the fit much better. I have problems with the phone calling set up, for some reason it keeps trying to dial the last # I called. Still trying to figure that out, instructions aren't a whole lot of help.

Great Bluetooth Communication for a Third the Price
Because we bought these going into winter, we have not had a lot of time to use them. So far, they are awesome! I bought a pair for me and my riding partner after another couple we ride with bought a pair. They are very easy to sync up, thanks to YouTube Videos, and are very loud and clear. If you sync your phone, make sure that you don't have the helmet on, and your phone plays music automatically, you will get blasted out of your helmet. Music is very loud from my phone, and the sound is very good. I have heard books on tape are very quiet though.I find you do not have to talk loud for these to work. The battery seems to be lasting a long time. It would be nice to have the LED Power light maybe change color based on battery charge.

You get what you pay for. Would buy again.
One of my pairs just broke as the wire got caught up but have used very consistently for 1.5 years.Pros:-You can't get cheaper working in helmet speaker IMOCons:-Automatically answers phone calls (this could be really annoying if you have people call often :) )-If you wear gloves it's almost impossible to use these buttons while on the road.-Will break eventually...-Not toooo loud/hearable when going over 60MPH-

Good inexpensive Bluetooth
Mount Clip is cheap plastic and broke within a few months. I ordered a couple of replacement mounts on ebay for $10. Buttons are hard to find while riding with thicker gloves because they are kinda small and close together. I would probably go with a wheel control next time. I have to restart the Bluetooth almost every time to get it to make or receive calls. I just have to make sure it is working before i head out. Music always works from phone to bt though. Sound is decent i can hear it on the highway pretty good with ear plugs in. It is very important to make sure the speakers are installed right over your ears in the helmet or it may not be loud enough to hear while riding. The battery seems to last a while. so far it is water proof. I've been in some heavy rain a few times and no issues.
