Ordered 2 for my husbandâs birthday. They came out great, no reversed images here. I wish the size of the mug was slightly larger - thereâs definitely not room for 12oz of coffee and cream, but the size is as stated and will hold 10oz + cream if youâre careful not to spill. ;) A side note: the gift boxes were a bit cheesy and feminine in my opinion (one said âI love youâ all over it and one was pink with bows and hearts) but they traveled and wrapped well & since my husband is not afraid of commitment like Jeff Winger, it wasnât a big deal. Overall very happy. Weâll be drinking our coffee in the mooooorning, perhaps with some kettle corn because, you know, itâs a fun time snack. Itâs a buy!

Reversed Decal
Just like so many other reviews, got this for my son for his birthday and just decided to open it to check. Reversed image decal on the mug. I'm confused because some people got the right mug so did they get a bad batch and not check any of them? Well, it's going back today. Luckily I have enough time before my kid's b-day

Poor quality, image reversed, text printed backwards
I took a chance and lost, the one I received is also printed backwards. It's great for mirror selfies... going back now.

Great gift for "Community" lovers.
Ok ok, so I am biased because I love this show, but I got this mug as my step daughter's special mug (she also loves this show....we rewatch so many episodes). I've been looking for a mug that "felt perfect" for the past 7 years. This was it, and she is in love. In terms of quality, it's a standard hot-beverage mug.

Ordered the first one and the decal was backwards, tried to exchange it for one that was the correct way and the second one was the same. âšď¸

Backwards decal!!!!!!
The vinyl decal was applied backwards and the gift was shipped this way. Im thrilled that it was received and liked even though it looks ridiculous. I would recommend going through another outlet for this item. Im not the first person they have sold items like this to.
