I personally noticed a marked difference after a week of taking one tablet a day with water only as advised. I have experienced higher levels of energy and greater concentration for longer periods which was in stark contrast to my first few days of taking them ad hoc with either a tea or a coffee and with food. It is bound to come down to personal preferences and what works for you. I have found mid morning works for me the best. It is worth mentioning that these torpedo shaped tablets are roughly about the same size and so those who walk amongst us that have a adverse reaction to swallowing beware !

This product was exceptional. I would definitely recommend it. I have recommended it and I would buy again. Noticeable difference within three days of starting taking this tablet.

i have been suffering from fibromyalgia i am currently on antidepressants that help with this condition but found my tiredness and brain fog was still the same so i looked up what would help with my condition i have tried these along with Melatonin for over a week now i just had to mention nothing has helped for the tiredness and brain fog until i combined these two supplements i will definitely be coming back for more my life is changing after years of tiredness

Very high quality herb with strong, high potency red ginseng. However a little expensive as compared to its 'White Korean Ginseng" of the same brand because this package has 90 capsules just like the other one but one serving of this pack is of two capsules instead of single capsule.

Ich habe mir die Kapseln gekauft, da ich gehört habe, dass sie gut sind Stress und Müdigkeit zu bekämpfen. Am Anfang habe ich auch gemerkt, dass die Stimmung etwas aufgehellt war und die Müdigkeit bekämpft wurde. Leider merke ich nach mehreren Wochen nichtmehr.. Es scheint so, als ob sich eine Toleranz aufbauen würde... Schade.. Außerdem wird mir extrem warm von den Tabletten und bekomme den total roten Kopf. Nächster Nachteil ist, dass ich die Kapseln für 12,99€ gekauft habe und sie nun auf 7,99€ heruntergesetzt wurden. Da scheint also eine riesen Preisspanne zu sein. Deswegen empfehle ich entweder auf so einen niedrigen Preis zu warten oder andere zu kaufen, da diese doch teuer sind, wenn sie nicht 7,99€ kosten. Fazit: Für die kurzfristige/gelegentliche Einnahme mit Sicherheit wirksam, für die längere Einnahme nicht geeignet.
