I bought this at the advice of my rheumatologist to help with my Lupus and immunity. He thought the added melatonin would help me sleep as I have pain throughout the night. While it did help me sleep great, after about 5 days on it I started having horrible, terrifying and super-realistic nightmares…after some research I find out that SOME people react this way to melatonin.
