Excellent little motor.
URL: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B088KCDQPC Price at request time: $23.90 Brand: CHANCS The motor came VERY well packed and protected. So far, I've only thrown about 24V at this motor, and it operates flawlessly. I picked this up to build a small lathe (along with a PWM controller), and it's going to operate VERY nicely. A 775 motor is a very popular motor for DIY enthusiasts. They're inexpensive, and pretty potent, for their size. This one seems every bit as solid as others I've used, and at about the same cost. There's little variation, in that respect. However, this one seems to exceed the others with respect to torque. I think this will make an ideal addition to my tinkering "toys." Pro: Strong. High-torque. Seems VERY efficient. I'm able to operate it with adapted 20V battery packs intended for B&D tools and DeWalt tools. Easy to adapt to multiple needs. Small footprint motor with great RPM/torque capacity. Con: I did notice a little lag in response, a couple of times. I can't be sure whether this was a connection issue, or the motor itself. I checked the connections, and the next initiation did not have that lag. Just a thought... not worth reducing the rating, but something of which to be aware... Thoughts: Motors like the 775 have a wide variety of applications. The possibilities are nearly endless. The speed and strength are exactly where I need them to be out of such a motor, and I'm pretty well pleased with its performance. Definitely recommendable.
