Great energy gel! I was doing one of my long runs in preparation for a half marathon.. I was feeling good the first 2 miles and then a wave of nausea came over me. I don't think I ate enough before I left, so I ripped this open and the first "sip" I thought I was definitely going to throw up.. but after I could feel it calming my nausea, I slowly sipped the rest and could feel my energy levels going back up! I ended up running 8 total miles and I'd give credit to this for pushing me through! I've tried a could other energy gels and they gave me heart burn.. this one did not! It doesn't taste just like honey, but it tastes more like honey than some of the other gels I've gotten, which is a plus! Bc warm honey is easier to take than warm "gel" lol would definitely recommend!

I am a type 1 diabetic and I bought these for low blood sugars. Easy to put in purse and go, works within 15-20 minutes, taste delicious, and if you are a diabetic you know low blood sugars make you feel weak and shaky. This gives you a boost to feel better during the low sugar episode. Love, love, love this smooth, easy to swallow gel

Used these for my first half marathon and they did the job. The fruit smoothie flavor actually tastes good, way better than most gels I've tried. No weird chemical aftertaste and it goes down easy mid-run, which matters a lot when you're already gassed and don't want to be choking down something gross.

I like this gel. Is not too dense and goes down pretty well. The flavor is also nice. Help me get energy on my long runs.

These gels are some of my favorite, they taste amazing, feels like you are eating honey. I haven’t had any stomach problems with them. Give me the energy I need to finish my long runs. Highly recommend to try if looking for a new gel to add to your rotation!

The texture takes some getting used to but definitely helped me during my races

Not sure about this product. My son likes it to run cross country but it made my daughter sick to her stomach and he hated the taste. Also way overpriced. I think I’d rather buy honey packets it’s cheaper.
