Toysmith Ice Cream Truck

The ice cream truck made a cute addition to an ice cream themed fundraiser raffle basket.

The first day I got the truck we manage to scratch the plastic in front of the car and some of the paint. I thought it would break on the fist day, but it is stronger than I thought. From time to time my nephew likes to play with it. We both have dropped it from a low distance of ground a few time each and it did not break even though the back part of the truck is not made out of metal. My first concern when I received it was that I was going to have to replace it. After the first day I realized that I was being worried for nothing.

I was disappointed in the size. Under product dimensions it states that it is 12x12x4... but this is VERY wrong. It is 5x2x2.5 inches. So it is overpriced. It is plastic, which I expected. It is a cute toy with fun details. I'm only keeping it because my daughter really seems to like it. But I was very disappointed in the size.... especially when I was expecting a toy that was a foot long... thinking she could put little people/animals in and have them go for a ride. I would recommend it, but only if it were cheaper in price... as in $3.
