My doctor recommended I take sodium bicarbonate. This product is the best price that I have found. Very rarely are any of the tablets broken, so it holds up well in shipping. I have bought about a dozen of these over time.

I only recently realized that I could save money on Mom's meds by finding them online. While we only purchase her over the counter products online, we are very satisfied with this product. I was reading other reviews for similar products and was worried that these might come broken, the they certainly did not, they have a nice smooth coating and are a nice size while easy for my elderly Mom to swallow. They may be a shade higher price than some other, but that's only because they are a quality product and still beats pharmacy prices costing about a half of what we paid at the pharmacy. Thank you for an excellent product, we will surely be buying these again!!

Worked as expected

For those of us who have been using baking soda for acid, the recommended does is not equivalent to 1 teaspoon of baking soda. I thought that these might be a good alternative to drinking nasty tasting baking soda when I have heartburn/acid reflux. My doctor told me that if I normally use 1 teaspoon of BS in water, I would need to take 8 of these pills to equal the that. By the way, the directions say to take 1-2 tabs every 4 hours, not to exceed 12 in 24 hours. Hope this helps.
