Very secure, easty to use, this is my second purchase.

Use with USB Extension
Very short stiff cable. I can see the cable fraying inside, not creating a proper connection over time. Best to use a USB extension cable with it.

Extremely secure!
I purchased this encrypted hard drive to store my customers data. So far, I am extremely impressed with the features this product has to offer and the level of security. You can tell the brand have gone above and beyond to ensure this drive gives you the highest level of security. Highly recommended!

Met expectations
Wanted to wait a couple of weeks before reviewing to make sure product performed up to expectations and it does. The only problem I had was initializing the password which turned out to be my fault. I had purchased a iStorage 1TG level 2 before through Amazon: it worked so well I decided to buy this one. The password initializing is different. There are more steps with the level3 iStorage. To make a long story short make sure to follow the quick start guide for setting up a password step by step because the level 2 and level 3 have different steps. I found this out the hard way and had to ask for a refund because I could not get into the level 3 iStorage. Within a week Amazon sent me another level 3iStorage and I was able to input the password correctly. Note this review will self destruct in 30 seconds so make sure to copy and paste to iStorage.
