Beyond my expectations.
I rarely write a review about products but this calls for one. These Asian spatulas are beyond what I expected. They are extremely well made. (I cook with two spatulas) The handles as well as the blades are substantial providing the weight to scoop the bottom of a wok to carefully turn whatever dish is cooking . The spatulas are truly stainless steel and should last a lifetime. I highly recommend these spatulas to someone who regularly cooks with a wok.
