Does everything I need it do works great! I would buy it again.

Not the easiest thing to install, and the directions were not great. It also included no instructions on how the controls work and so I had to figure them out for myself. But it does what it says it does, which is to smoothly lift and lower your TV. It appears well-engineered, but I will revisit this review one year from now to see if all remains well, as sometimes these products don't seem to last long. The one major thing you should be aware of is that the TV bracket that is included with the lift has no safety bolts attached to it -- the only thing holding it onto the lift bracket is gravity. This means the TV can be removed from the lift very easily (or accidentally) and appears to be a way to cut costs. Just be careful around the TV and this shouldn't be an issue (but I'll likely twist-tie the TV to the lift bracket to be sure).

So easy to install no more than mounting a tv to a wall but instead I have this so it lifts tv up into rafters

The Assembly manual and online video are either outdated, or the wrong pieces were sent in my box. The manual references assembly with pieces that are not provided. On the contrary, the manual does not reference pieces that were provided such as the swivels. Hours of online research did not uncover any manuals or instructions that were relevant to this product's assembly. While I was able to assemble it, I was unable to determine how to install the swivel pieces.

I haven't put it through much use yet but it seems very sturdy and the motor and lift mechanism is very quiet and smooth. It smoothly accelerates to the lift/lower speed and smoothly decelerates when stopping the motion. Exactly what you want to keep your TV from having issues.

This was pretty straight forward to install and it works well. It’s a little slow coming up or going down, but that’s a weird thing to get picky about. The remote is really bulky and unattractive unfortunately. The TV looks fancy coming up but that remote kills all high-tech sexy vibes, so I gave it 4 stars for the ugly remote.

Seems to work ok but i find the finished product with a 55" tv top heavy. need to mount the base to a larger piece of plywood since i do not want to drill into my floors. Found the instructions incomprehensible... Refers to "connecting rods" mine had angle brackets. No details on how to put it to gether and truthfully it seems it could go together in a number of ways and probably not matter much. Included screws too short to use with my tv. My tv has one center leg (rather then 2 on ends) and the base that the leg would screw to interferes with the travel of the stand. Need to increase the depth with washers. No idea where the mounted controld was supposed to go. Pictures in the instructions do not match the website. Again believe could probably be assembed in a number of ways but overall incredibly frustrated and disappointed. Be prepared to make modifications.
