Are these cruelty free? Does mfg answer these questions?!

I am not sure. Good question. However, I am not ordering again anyway...as paper feels a bit rough... especially on eyelids. I would not recommend.

What are the dimensions of the wipe itself, not the size of the box or individual envelope.

It's roughly 6x6 inches, pretty good sized. And the wipe is fairly thick as these products go. I've been using them for a few years now. Good product.

Are these leave-on? Or are you supposed to rinse your eyelids after use?

It says right on the front of the box that they are rinse-free. The wipes don't leave a residue so there really isn't anything to rinse off.

What is the shelf life of these wipes?

I would refer to the expiration date on the bottom of the box. I bought mine about a month ago (3/17), and the expiration date on the bottom of my box is 07/2020. That's an extremely long shelf life.
