Corvette RimSavers Wheel Rim Protectors and Accent Trim (White)

Work great, look great, last a very long time IF INSTALLED PROPERLY.I put one of these on my 2002 Ford F-250 4x4 as a test to see how long they would really last. Well that was about 8,000 miles ago of ROUGH Oregon winter driving including elk hunting on deep muddy roads, gravel roads, salted roads, etc. Just look at the picture, it's still on there! I even went over the wheel weights and that didn't matter, still stuck on like crazy.Now granted it's almost impossible for me to hit my rim with a curb so these have not been impacted yet, but I would expect them to take some damage if hit by a curb (which is exactly what you want, the RimScuff taking the damage NOT your wheel).For people claiming they fly off easily, well obviously they didn't install them properly and should've had a professional do the job. Prepping the wheel rim is paramount.

I own a White C7 Corvette with black wheels and was looking for something to accent them. I hat to say that these made more more than a minor statement. They standout and draw so much attention. I have people asking me all the time where I got my wheels. They don't realize that its just an inexpensive add-on.You must take your time (a lot of it) preparing the wheel. Clean it and then clean it again. That the way you will get a good adhesion between the RimBlade and the wheel. Also I would suggest taking the wheel off the car or at least jack the car up, so that you can get the wheel to eye level to make sure your putting on in a nice arch around the wheel. And lastly, I left the car out in the sun for several hours to make sure the adhesive had a chance to cure. Also, I didn't drive the car for several days, but I think that was me being paranoid about them flying off.

Installed this on a Lexus Ct200h. Very easy to install. I made sure to prep the area very good and they are on there pretty good. Looks awesome. Ive had them for about 3 weeks and they look good and I have washed the car without any problems. Would recommend if you want this look on your wheels.

Excellent accent! I have a red car, so the red rim accents are a natural look for my car. They stay on very well. Be careful, they stay on SO WELL that if you aren't careful when installing it, it's a pain to fix. You need a box cutter razor blade to cut cleanly through this so that there aren't any uneven seams, but again be careful.

Follow the instructions and prep the wheels properly- and they'll stick with you. Otherwise you're wasting your money. I love these things. And constantly getting compliments on them.

I have bought these twice for replacement purposes and the process to replace is a pain in its self you have to clean/brillo all the previous sticky gunk off or new ones wont stick. they only last a few hundred miles b4 they start to peel off or fly off while your driving and scratch/scuff your car this has happened 4 times maybe if they were cheaper be worth the hassle but there not they have actually gone up a good bit since i first bought them a year ago.

Ordered red color, box had red color on it. Gave box to my installer. He installed. Went to pick up car, was shocked to see the rim savers were white. I wouldn’t have had a problem with this if I were attending an annual pimp gala, but since I’m not, It’s actually difficult to put into words how hideously gaudy these looked. I had to pay to have these monstrosities put on, then taken off, and now I can’t even send these back! Ridiculous.

It's always painful to see your new car getting scratches , scuffs. I was one of those unfortunates who tries to be more cautious about the new things but somehow gets least desired things. I was cautiously trying to park my car along curb parking spot and wanted to park as closer to club as I can just to avoid possible door dents and there I scuffed my front and rear wheel rims.I was so disappointed that I was desperately looking for solution to protect the rims and stumbled upon this product. I just loved the way it looks on my car, it gave my car so cool look. Also, I got so many compliments. It protected my rims couple of times from getting scuffs. The installation is so easy, you just need to peel off the cover from back and apply almond rim side.Note:To apply it accurately on the rim, try to insert rim edge into the pocket of rimblade. This will make sure you get exact round shape.I definitely recommend this product to car lovers who wants to give extra protection and looks to their cars.
