Check their recommendations chart before buying
I initially picked up the flattest insoles, since I have flat feet, and while my skates felt better, I felt slightly off-balance and my knees were hurting. After looking at their recommendations chart, I discovered I was using the wrong ones based on my knee angle. Having purchased the correct ones, they feel absolutely fantastic. My feet no longer hurt, and I feel balanced.

Better than stock in souls
Bought because my feet were hurting. Kind of hard to tell which one you need as you can exactly tell the way your foot is shaped. I got the blue ones and they are way better than the ones that come in your skates. Would recommend if the bottom of your foot is uncomfortable in your skate.

YES!
For the first time in my whole life, I just skated without arch pain. I didn't have to get off the ice and rest my feet at all. How wondrous! YES!I bought the large, and my skates are size 9, but it was very difficult to squeeze these insoles into the skates. I was unwilling to cut them to size for a few reasons, including the insoles' innate value; but I did eventually get them positioned. Standing on solid ground in the skates, I felt like my feet's soles were leveled out. This is probably a good sign that you've got the right size, the right position, and so forth. Because at first I didn't feel anything, and I realized that they needed to be shoved tighter toward the toes, so you should try to get the toes all the way in there. A great product!

Better than Superfeet
I tried a couple other hockey insoles (including the popular superfeet) and these currex really hit the sweet spot on arch support. Not too hard, not too soft, not too high, not too low....if they had a little cushioning I'd give them 5 stars. Superfeet hurt like hell, these Currex are much better. I have medium to low arches and got the medium insoles; arch height just right.

DIFFERENT than CCM Currex Insoles!!!!!!
I'm actually a little irritated by this. I bought these insoles because I knew CCM stopped using these in their skates, but Currex continued to make them. What I didn't realize, is that Currex changed the forefoot cushion. Maybe this isn't important to you, but I have an injury on my left foot and the cushion difference between the CCM versions and the Currex branded versions is enough for me to not use them. If you look at my picture, you'll see the orange CCM insole as compared to the new Currex version. The Currex version is only slightly thinner, but hard as a rock. If ONLY they'd kept them the same. On a positive side, the fit and quality is great. If you don't have any issues with fatigue or injury on the ball of your foot, you'll love these. These are better than Yellow Superfeet for sure.

Curex is in the best game on Earth and delivers!!
As an avid hockey player who has used Curex running insoles for off-ice training, I was extremely excited to see Curex get into the hockey arena! Not unsurprisingly, the quality, design and feel stability of these insoles are apparent on removal from the box. They were easily inserted in my CCM Jetspeed skates without needing to be trimmed. Note they are more rigid and a little bulky compared to the stock CCM inserts, but this is to ensure ideal arch support and heel grip, which ends up delivering! I suffer from foot and knee pain and so long as you choose the correct arch needs (I have a medium sized arch so medium is the appropriate product for my knees), you will notice the comfort, support and stability on your first skate. My lower body alignment is markedly improved allowing for ideal weight transfer, turning agility and eradication of foot pain/burn that appears for many of us despite paying exorbitant costs for high quality hockey skates and using stock inserts.Truly consider these appropriately priced high quality skate inserts that outperform CCM and Superfeet products in my humble opinion - and I have had good experiences with these competitors!
