This product never worked. It has not and would not pair with my Samsung phone. It is some trash.

The headphones were easy to set up and worked well. I got them to use at work. I work in a lab and there is a lot of dust. I didn’t want to use my Bose there. I think these will work fine.

Also, I personally don’t think it feels comfortable in my ears it kept falling out even when I adjust the different side ear plugs. I had so much expectations with this wireless but was totally let down. The only thing that was ok for me and simple was connecting to Bluetooth.

I had to knock off two stars off this device. For $15 (after applying coupon code), these buds are $15 quality.The bass is no where as deep as the Zen. The pairing was also wonky, eventually got it to pair, but it was painful. No volume control on the buds were a bit strange, since the Zen has volume control, wonder if the QCC3020 just doesn't have this interface, or if 233621 just lazed out and rushed it out.The Pearl is really a stripped down version of the Zen, from the chipset (Zen uses QCC 5000 series, where Pearl uses QCC 3000 series), to having much less microphone, and the bass response was not there (did you guys cheap out on a pair of rudimentary op-amps to drive the 10mm drivers?).The lack of bass really surprised me, since they claim they have a 10mm driver, so I thought the clarity and the bass response was just like the Zen. But did you guys (233621) forget to put a simple op-amp? Even a simple sub-penny FET would've driven the 10mm drivers to a better level.The gain on my bluetooth had to be cranked up a few notches higher than the gain on my bluetooth when driving the Zen, this led me to believe that 233621 cheaped out on sub-penny part like low frequency FET.

Charges well in case and connects easily. No problem with buds staying in ears while moving around.

I really like these. They have great sound quality and are super comfortable. The battery life isn’t as long as some other wireless earbuds I’ve owned but overall I’d say they’re a pretty good pair of earbuds.
