I got this as a gift for my son, who has a kx65. It is a good little bike, and we had fun building it together

My son loves it! Box says 8+ but it’s a little difficult to put together without adult help! My son is 13 and needed help! My son already wants another one!

Son asked for a dirt bike, so I bought him one. He didn’t say what type. Easy to put together and comes with tool to do so.

My grandson loved his gift and proudly displays his masterpiece! Very well made too

This was a neat model to build. Sturdy and a nice size, but gave it one star less because of the awkwardness of some of the assembly. Directions are easy to follow but for a few of the parts you almost need 3 hands to put it together (aligning screws to holes, holding down a spring while holding part in place so all holes align, and working the screwdriver). The pre-teen kids love it but I had to assemble those tricky parts, which were even a little awkward for an adult even though its rated for 8+.

This is a wonderful die-cast model kit! I highly recommend it for its quality and detail. I enjoyed building it and adding extra detail. If you are used to adding detail to models, this one is perfect for that. I removed the chrome from the exhaust pipe, and the disc brakes. I drilled out the holes in the disc brakes and painted them flat aluminum. I also added the throttle, clutch, brake line, etc. I used weathering and flat brown to the underside of the bike to make it appear as if it were ridden on lightly muddy terrain. It looks amazing with an AI background! I love this kit! Great job, Maisto!

I bought the Honda version of this years ago and I absolutely am in shock of how well these hold up to a kid! My son loves dirt bikes and is obsessed with playing with this. He is pretty hard on it since he “jumps” and “wheelies” it. Definitely recommend buying of this is going to be used for toy or just show.. Building is a different story though...luckily my husband had just as fun doing this but would not recommend for a young child to do alone. Had some hard time getting things out together...but very life like on the model!

This is such a great model for age 6-8! I have bought this same kit twice and gotten the same rave review each time! It is a solid model that can be used and played with after completing. Highly recommend

Das Set wurde sehr schnell geliefert und war absolut fest in der Verpackung verschweißt. Da rutschte und wackelte kein einziges Teil. Mein 12-jähriger Sohn war total begeistert, als er am Weihnachtstag das Motorrad Set auspackte. Den Aufbau hat er allein hinbekommen und es hat nicht länger als eine halbe Stunde gedauert. Einzelne Schritte waren etwas kniffelig zusammenzubauen, nicht schwer aber man benötigte manchmal eine helfende Hand zum Halten, etwas reindrücken damit es zusammengeschraubt werden konnte. Zusammengesetzt ist das Modell stabil und hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder kaufen.
