I have health issues and these satisfy that desire for sweet, crunchy and filling with out all the bad. PS. This company plays price games with their cinnamon product like Pharma companies or the oil industry .I am angry with myself for not catching it and got taken by their price gouging. I refuse to ever buy their products again.

Cinnamon is just okay, prefer the wasabi beans

The flavor is good because it is a lightly sweetened cinnamon flavor. My husband and I enjoy it as a casual snack.

Delicious, crunchy and unlike junk food it is filling

There's a strange aftertaste to these that's a bit off putting. Most people who tried them also were not pleased. I like their other flavors, but not this one. Wound up giving them away.

I didn’t like the flavor but I wanted to try it. I love some others this is just sweet. As described. Just didn’t prefer it from the variety they have. Great healthy snack and fresh when delivered
