Good value.
It didn’t come in a reel but shrink wrapped. Nice rope but a little too stiff for the project I was working on. However, have found an alternative use.

Great for hard chewing dog toys
Have a dog with incredible chewing power, store toys literally destroyed in 20 min. Or less, and this product, cotton rope is safe for dogs to chew, as cotton goes through their inner system with no problems. Made a monkey fist toy out of rope and she loves it.
