So do these have adjustable ear loops or not? Some people say they do, others not.???

There were two types you could order. One was elastic ear loops which were not adjustable and the other type of mask had tie loops which were adjustable.

C'mon Gildan--you write that it's 3 layers, and then directly underneath, you list 2 layers. Which is it--2 or 3 layers?
