I love spicy Asian food, and use this on everything except cake and ice cream. This adds crunch, heat, and Unami to everything and packs just the right amount of heat.

My husband and I are obsessed with this spicy topping. It is such a delicious, savory, spicy (but not too spicy) condiment. We love it on rice, eggrolls, ramen, stir-fry...anything you can think of, really! This large jar will last quite a while and is super worth spending a few extra bucks if you're a fan. And don't even get me started on the little spoon. Need a tiny scoop of something? Chili flake spoon. Need to stir something in a tall glass? Chili flake spoon.

It is about a 3 or 4 out of 5 on my personal hotness scale, with delightful crunchy bits in the mix. Quite tasty!I am looking forward to using it in some new homemade sausage recipes that call for it. The included spoon is a nice touch - the jar is tall and skinny so a long slender spoon is ideal to get the goodness out of the bottom of the jar.

I've been buying this at Target for the most part in the small 7.41oz jars, but I fly through them so this 25oz jar is excellent and the product is unparalleled in my opinion.I've ordered these 3 times now and twice they've arrived with a bit of oil leaking, through the cap, but that's not a problem for me and I believe should be somewhat expected when shipping a liquid in a jar.The spoon is also great. It has a small scooping surface, which is great for me since I only use about 1/2 serving at a time, and is a nice length and easier to maneuver in the jar compared to a traditional dinner spoon.

Great taste. Almost addictive. Just a little concerned about a couple of ingredients. Other than that, it's great stuff!!

I have been buying this brand of chili crisp for years now. I love the flavor and the ingredients they use. I highly recommend Lao Gan Ma. I use it in my instant ramen and when making fried rice, and other Asian dishes. I do recommend putting it in the refrigerator after opening so it will stay fresh longer.

This is diabolically good. I had no idea. I have nothing to compare it to, but so far it’s exactly what I needed to add more flavor to my food. I add this to rice, soup, sauces for roasted veggies and anything I want a little spicier.The chili pieces are crispy and sometimes crunchy. The spice level is good. I can’t really give a good review on that because heat no longer affects me as I age. I do know that my nose runs when eating it, so I assume it’s pretty spicy. Can’t fake that.I’m barely 1/8 of the way into the jar and I use this daily. I’ve had the jar for a little over a month. I suspect this jar will last me 6 months. So, the cost was perfect and the little spoon it comes with was a surprise bonus.The package was in tact when it arrived. It comes in a box with bubble wrap and the spoon tucked in around the bottle.

I have tried many chili garlic crisp sauces. This is my favorite.
