By far the best pimple patch brand. They are expensive so I decided to test other brands including Hero, CeraVe, Neutragena, and LivaClean (I think that’s what it was called). Neutragena are the runner up. LivaClean does nothing and doesn’t adhere well, CeraVe was okay but thin, doesn’t adhere very well either. Neutragena was also okay. But PanOxyl man it pulls all the gunk out and it really sticks I wore them under my mask for a 12 hour nursing shift and they do not budge even with all the sweat. They aren’t so thin that they crinkle and stick together when you pull them off the sheet, but they’re thin enough not to stand out when you wear them. For me they’re actually a perfect skin color match and they hide pimples better than foundation in photos I think. My only complaint is I wish they would sell a bulk box of like 200 patches and add some more size options. But the product works super well.

I wasn't a pimple patch girl until my friend introduced me to these and it's been a year now and I'm still buying it. I love these because I can always depend on it to get a pimple out my face before daybreak WITHOUT LEAVING A SCAR OR DARK SPOT. it works so well with my skin and I always get the results I'm hoping for. I'm always satisfied when I use these, definitely worth it.

I’ve tried a bunch of pimple patches over the years, and the PanOxyl Pimple Patches are definitely among my favorites. They’re super thin, nearly invisible once on, and they stick really well—no sliding off in the middle of the night, even if you toss and turn like I do.What I really like is how effective they are at pulling out gunk from whiteheads. You can literally see the patch working overnight. I pop one on a blemish before bed, and by morning it’s flatter, less red, and way less noticeable. It’s satisfying (and kind of gross, in a good way) to peel it off and see the results.They don’t contain any harsh ingredients—just hydrocolloid—so they’re gentle on sensitive skin. No dryness or irritation, which I appreciate since I already use other acne treatments.Overall, if you’re dealing with surface pimples or whiteheads, these patches are a great addition to your skincare routine. Affordable, effective, and easy to use. Definitely a repeat buy for me.

these are great they have good sticking and don’t fall off during the day or night, they work better to heal wounds and clean out any gunk than as a patch to get stuff out of a pimple, it has to be pretty surface level acne. i like them though and i think they help a bit with dark spots too so it’s fine

Muy buenos estos parches. Utilicé uno ni bien empezó a aparecerme un granito en la frente, lo dejé por 24 horas y se me secó muy rápidamente sin dejar la típica mancha que deja un grano. Funcionan muy bien!

Sirven perfecto. Las espinillas más bravas requieren usarlos dos noches seguidas. Pero las más simples desaparecen la noche que usas el parche. Además es muy cómodo porque trae varios tamaños y ya te sirve dependiendo del tamaño de la espinilla.Les digo la verdad, se que son PM pero los he usado de día para proteger espinillas de polvo y maquillaje y acá sigo, sin las espinillas. No se que tan recomendable es usarlo de día así que no me tomen la palabra pero me imagino que es peor tener la espinilla al descubierto todo el día.Los recomiendo siempre a quien me pregunta que llevo puesto. Son súper buenos.Además la cantidad que trae por el precio, la verdad es que es un no brainer. Los últimos que tuve duraron como unos seis meses.
