Will this work for a 2021 jeep wrangler unlimited rubicon jl?

It will work for some of the features, but if you have a rubicon you will definitely want the more expensive version (tazer Mini) it has more features made specifically for the rubicon. You thank me in the long run cost is about $110 more than the lite.

Will this work for a 2021 Gladiator Mojave?

This is a lite. You do not want this I returned it and got the full one from xterm terrain on line. Does none of the upgrades only a light show.

What motor for the JL will this work with? The 6 cylinder or 4 cylinder?

It will work with both 4 & 6 cylinder

Will you be able to disable the auto start stop feature with this unit or you need the mini

It should remember your last setting. If you have the start/stop disabled when you shut off your vehicle it should be off next time you start it.
