It has been wonderful to have so many features with this bidet. Not only is installation a breeze, but the option to choose a cool or warm temperature for the water and air. Simply amazing. This bidet has made my cold winter mornings a comfortable time for me to slowly wake up since I am now able to choose warm water and air. Say goodbye to that rude awakening from a spritz of freezing water. Plus I forgot to mention the heated seat! Bye bye cold mornings. It also functions well during a hot summer day. Here in Arizona it can get very hot and it is nice to have the option of cool water to help alleviate, what I like to call, "swamp butt". It is almost a quick refresher on those scorching days. A fantastic addition to our home. 10/10 would buy again (if I had more toilets).

I installed the Butt Buddy yesterday and so far it’s great. The heated seat is a nice upgrade over my old standard seat, as is the warm water. My only issue was that true system beeps whenever you sit down and stand up. This got irritating quickly. I went to the Butt Buddy website and sent them a message through their “contact us” section at about 5:00 yesterday (Saturday) afternoon, not expecting a response until early next week at the earliest. Imagine my surprise when I checked my email at 8:00 this morning (Sunday) to find that they had already responded (at 11:00 last night, actually).Here is their answer to turn off the beeping:To turn off the beeping sound please press and hold the toilet seat temperature control button on the left side of the bidet seat for 3 seconds and release. That should deactivate the beeping sounds going forward. To reactivate the beeping sound simply press and hold the toilet seat temperature control button once more for 3 seconds and release.

I already had the original Butt Buddy bidet installed on my toilet which I loved. I mean, changing from toilet paper to using a bidet was a no-brainer pricewise and in quality. Making the switch from the original basic model to this Butt Buddy Suite Electric Smart Bidet Seat is a massive upgrade in hygiene and convenience.The Suites seat is awesome as it has the option to be heated or remain cool, the bidets spray has more considerable water flow with the option to have warm or cool water, and it has an dryer function that also provides the option between warm and cool air. Its very sturdy, has a solid structure that’s made of good material while looking smooth and sleek. I like the low-profile, responsive control. The setup process was easy and seamless. If you do not have a power outlet near your toilet you can always get an electrician stop by and install one quickly and for cheap like I did. Couldn’t be happier with my upgrade.

I simply love my new Butt Buddy Suite smart bidet seat. This is my second bidet from the Butt Buddy brand, but this is my first full smart electric bidet. The first Butt Buddy bidet I purchased is great but more basic. The Suite model is a full toilet seat with lid that comes with a bunch of other cool amazing features. The knob and buttons for the water pressure, air dryer and temperature controls are very discreet and small. I don’t need to worry about them being in the way to potentially be hit or damaged. I love the that you have the ability to warm your toilet seat, water and air dryer. The warming feature comes in real handy during the colder winters times. There is the ability to change the water pressure from low to high as well as massaging if you'd like which is nice. It also comes with an LED toilet light that can help you locate your toilet in the dark which is neat. No more blinding full bathroom lights in the middle of the night! The Butt Buddy Suite bidet works great with no issues when not plugged into a power outlet, but the warming temperature controls and LED light features require it to be plugged into a grounded power outlet to work. One thing I didn’t know at first that I found out after using it a few times (and after reading the user manual) is that when you first turn on the spray to begin cleaning yourself you need to let the water run for a few seconds so it can filter the water as well as clean the nozzle before it will actually start spraying. You also need to be seated or else it will not spray which is a cool feature. We need to change the narrative about bidets, because everyone should experience a clean hiney after using the toilet. Especially us Americans. We're a bit late to the game, but its never too late! Every home and business should have a bidet installed in my opinion.

Save your money, don’t even bother with this product. We followed the very vague directions, no hot water by the way, only cold. The hose that comes with it makes it to where the pressure isn’t evenly distributed so it doesn’t work, you have too my mouse it for it to work and it will leak, worse purchase ever.

Couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy the Butt Buddy Suite bidet - it's hard to go back and use the toilet without it now! In the morning or in the middle of the night when it's cold, it’s very nice to sit on a warm toilet seat. When you turn on the water, it's not instantaneous - takes a few seconds to prep by clearing the nozzle spray and heat the water before it begins to spray, but totally worth the wait. After you finish washing it also has warm air dryer that will dry your hiney! The seat, water spray and air dryer all have the option of being heated but can also be turned off and remain cool if you want.I love that it also has a toilet bowl light that really comes in handy in the middle of the night when I need to go to the bathroom as it allows me to see without having to turn on the bathroom light and blinding myself.We have a regular Butt Buddy bidet attached to our toilet in another bathroom that only sprays out cold water, and we had been doing that for a few years - didn’t mind the cold water spray at all by the way. However, now that we know what warm water feels like on the backside after doing the do, it's impossible to go back.A grounded power outlet is needed near the toilet though (we had an electrician / handyman come by and add it which was cheap quick and easy).I highly recommend the Butt Buddy Suite to everyone. Those that have a basic cold water bidet and those that haven't tried a bidet at all. It’s worth every dollar!
