It works need to give it time 2 -3 months max
I’m suffering from hyperpigmentation and I ordered this month ago, I can see visible results that my pigmentation has lightened now I think it will take more time if I use it religiously, hence this product is great I like it . Almost finished this bottle and I’ve ordered minimalist alpha arbutus since I read a lot about this that the combination and formula is exactly similar to ordinary but ordinary is really expensive and most importantly this alpha arbutus has suited my skin so I’ve ordered minimalist I’ll be starting that bottle in the coming week

These expensive items should be seal packed. It’s not. Neither was my last face serum from Amazon seal packed!

Fake product
had bought The Ordinary products from Nykaa but since Alpha Arbutin was out of stock, I took the risk of buying it from Amazon. After comparing it with many The Ordinary products from Nykaa which is the authorised retailer of The Ordinary products in India, I realised that this one is fake. There’s no proper batch number, the rubber in the pipette is off and the fonts on the bottle are also indicative of a fake product.

Worst experience
I ordered on 23 December 2022 and the item delivered on February 4 2023 and the condition of the item is not satisfied it seems like an old used product not sealed and dirt is covered in the product.

The product is good. I follow Dr Vinota Rattan from London. Only the product is too expensive so will be exploring affordable Cetaphil products.

Fake product
The serum was yellow in colour, with no adhesive nature like the original products I purchased directly from stores in US. I can assure you all that, this product is fake in amazon
