Arteck iPad Air 11-inch/Air 5th 4th Generation Keyboard Case, Bluetooth Keyboard with Folio Full Protection Case for Apple iPad Air 11” M4/M3/M2 (2026/2025/2024), Air 5/Air 4

Bought this in August 2025. It worked perfectly for five months, only needing charging once upon receipt. It needed charging again after five months but the battery seems to have failed because it would not then hold the charge for more than two days. I reported the matter to product support and a replacement was despatched immediately, under the warranty. Besides being a handy keyboard, it offers good protection to the iPad. It is a firm fit around the tablet and requires only a one-time connection, being then immediately available every time the iPad is propped up.

There are only a couple of products like this one in the old-fashioned keyboard folio design, and this one is very well made. It allows the use of the tablet in flat position, has a pencil holder, and acts as a desk or lap holder for the tablet when needed. The Arteck keyboards are great, and this one is no exception. A nice touch is that the keyboard switches on when the tablet hits the magnetic stand. I purchased this for an iPad Air 11 M2 (2024), it fits well and the total weight together is 800g. However, despite serving a modern iPad, the batteries do not appear on the iOS dials. But the really annoying bit is that the charger socket is a micro USB. Both limitations should have been avoided in 2026.

The keyboard is really nice replacement to the expensive apple one. It is the first lightweight keyboard I could find, BUT my first unit was faulty and couldn’t recharge. I first gave it one start because of this, but the seller along with the manufacturer contacted me to fix the issue. They really walked the extra mile for me to resolve my case in a prompt matter. The replacement works and the issue was only with the first item. I wanted to wait to recharge it first before updating my review, but now I am really happy with my new keyboard.

does exactly what i need

I think that this is a good and well priced product, but I am experiencing issues with it. A key is falling off repeatedly, after just a few weeks mild use. I also find characters repeating, which I suspect happens when the battery gets low.

I was very pleased with this keyboard at first …it provided full control of my new iPad pro which has no ‘home’ button. However, a few of the heys have failed already which is a shame because I like this keyboard. The volume ‘up’ key failed first followed by b,n and m. I am having to use the on screen iPad keypad to type this review. I think that ..as its Chinese made….this problem is a quality control issue. I expect other keys will fail soon. Hopefully the unit will be replaced and the replacement will perform more reliably. Rob Mannion

I was sceptical at first since it was a cheap alternative for the expensive apple keyboards or even the Logitech one. So far it is great Bluetooth connects well and instructions provided is very simple and easy to follow. The keyboard is laid out just like a MacBook Pro with command keys etc. 1 thing I like about the keyboard is that it has all the little function keys which you take for granted. Eg, Brightness up and down, volume etc. 1 thing I would say might bother me is the keyboard is a bit cramped but not the end of the world. THIS WOULD HOW EVER BE A PROBLEM IF YOU HAVE BIG HANDS. 1 thing I would have liked to see in this is a track pad. Besides that, this is a solid piece of equipment that would turn your iPad into a laptop style set up. Good Job Arteck!!!
