do panty liners stick well on these or pads?

Personal experience pads stick well on these which is a major plus

My daughter is 13 yrs old would she fit in XS or Small

Her age doesn’t necessarily say anything about her size… I would say if she’s closer to 125 pounds she would probably be a small, if she’s closer to 100 pounds she would probably be an XS. I believe there’s a size chart that says the sizes and if you could measure her hips that would give you the best estimate of what size to get. I’m 5’1, 165 pounds and I get the medium/large and they fit fine.

I wear a size 16 pants and usually wear a size 6 or 7 im underwear what size should i purchase?

These are super comfortable panties!! I wear a size 4 or 6 Jean depending on brand. I wear small sun these. Hope that helps.

Were these actually seamless for you under dress pants and dresses?

They are seamless when I wearing leggings, haven't worn a dress yet
