Once you spray it, how long does it generally last?

It helps until you smoke again then you have to spray again

How do you open it to spray?

Twist the black sprayer above the blue collar

My car has a horrible sme of cigarettes from the previous owner. Will this elimate it?

Possibly. I used the spray in a pretty big room. I wasn’t that impressed, as it wasn’t much different from regular room spray. It might work better in a car

The description states product doesn't just cover up the smell but actually eliminates it. If this is so, why does the product contain a fragrance?

That doesn't sound like an apple-to-apples question The product could eliminate the offensive odor while still having its own fragrance
