I always wanted one of these. After putting in 20 - 30 rivets with a good quality hand riveter on my boat last year I got serious about getting a pneumatic rivet gun. Even a good quality hand riveter kills your hand, especially if you need to put in more than a couple rivets. I attempted to follow the directions, disassemble the riveter, and fill it with hydraulic jack oil. What a pain, I finally got it but now each rivet I put in blast's the oil all over. I would suggest to not put the oil in unless you are using it in a industrial environment. I just recently used the rivet gun to put some school lockers together that I purchased new. It made the job so much easier than using the small bolts and nuts that came with the lockers. My small 2 gal air compressor can pull 5 rivets before the compressor kicks in. I may only use this once or twice a year but it is a joy, I'm glad I got it.
