So many health benefits
I was looking for an Ashwagandha supplement when I came across these. It’s the first time I’ve tried the other herbs, but after research I’m excited to get the full benefits. I’m breastfeeding and I’ve heard it helps with lactation and I take the others for their mood boosting ability. Great product
I have ordered from this company twice. I like that they use organic herbs, and I have noticed that my hormones are more in balance. I am post menopause and I do not experience the effects of it with this product. Also, eating healthy, no caffeine, no alcohol, and low sugar intake are huge in keeping the hormones in balance.

Feeling More Balanced!
This product is doing the trick for me. When I take it, I feel my cramps aren't as intense, my breakouts aren't as bad, and I have an overall feeling of balance and restful sleep. I'd like to believe it's all due to the ingredients listed. I have studied Ayurveda and this aligns with why I gravitate towards these herbs.

I love these
I bought these cause I read so many good reviews and honestly I love the steady energy I get and my sleep has improved. The only downside to this is that the bottle says take 1 or 3 capsule on an empty stomach or before bed I would not recommend that you take this at bed time you will be up all night lol but other then that 1 little detail it's great I've been taking it since Saturday morning today will be my 4 day

Gentle cleanse
I bought this product by mistake, but then decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised with the gentle cleanse it provided. It said take 1-3 capsules. I took 1 capsule and found that within 24 hours it gave some gentle relief.

On my second bottle now. Hoping to see results soon. So far I feel no changes. I do wish I could buy this in bulk or loose with the same ingredients to reduce plastic waste.
