Mayatex San Juan Solid Barrel Racer/Arab Saddle Blanket

This is an excellent quality horse blanket, however, I bought it to use as a wool pressing cloth for my sewing and quilting. I thought from the picture that it was a solid flat surface, but to my surprise the surface is textured. It's my fault that I didn't see that. Due to a family emergency, I have missed the return window. Totally my fault. Shipping was very fast, and, like I said, the quality is great.

I had a Mayatex wool blanket for another horse that was much larger. Always liked the blanket, used it only for showing and it looked like new after 8 years. Tried this 30x34 for new horse and fit great. Tan color just what I expected, same quality as older blanket and very soft. Liked it so much I bought another one in black for every day use.

These retail for much higher at my local tack stores. The pad color is more muted than the one shown here but the material is wonderful, the quality is very high and it wicks moisture on long rides.

Love the color of this blanket. It fits my short backed horse well. I just wish it was 100% wool
