Just What I Wanted - Thanks Ed

Interesting line of craft they offer, I like them but the kit is lacking in some aspects but still worthwhile building, I chose the Ford tri motor kit, small but interesting, will add picture when finished. I like adding my own details and bass wood where needed.

There are a lot of great subjects available in the Dumas line. I will buy more.

BEWARE!! If you have never built a model that requires cutting and gluing small tedious parts then covering with thin tissue, be warned this is NOT a simple project. I bought this model for my grandson's school project on Neil Armstrong. The Ford Tri-motor plane "Tin Goose" was the first plane Neil flew in when he was a child. In my ignorance of models, I had no idea that you have to create most of the parts for this build. You also need special glue, pins, Eze Dope NOT INCLUDED in the kit.

The bottle comes with laser cut parts. It will take some time, but follow the directions and everything will come out as well as mine. I’m not a professional model maker just a normal Joe.

The plans for building the plane are vague and don't give instructions for all the parts. Guillian is a much better model, and complete instructions for the build.
