POWERADD PD 30W Power Bank, 26800mAh High Capacity Portable Charger, USB-C Fast Charging Battery Pack with 2 Inputs/ 3 Outputs for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Laptop, Tablet, and More

This charger claims to charge laptop at 30W PD output but it does not charge my Macbook Air 2019. When I first plug it in, the charger makes a screeching noise that is intolerable; it charged the Macbook Air for about 5 seconds and then stopped completely. I tested it with my Surface Pro 7, it did charge but the rate is no where near as advertised; it only went up to 10-11W and it took 1h40min to get 50% whereas with my 18W wall charger that I have for my phone can get it up to 50% in ~1hr. In fact, none of my devices could actually pull the advertised 30W charge rate or anywhere close from the USB-C port (tested with Macbook Air 2019, Macbook Pro 2017, Surface Pro 7, S20 Ultra).The 2 USB-A ports are as advertised I believe. 1 charges my phone fast and 1 charges at regular speed (tested using AccuBattery). So no complain here.Not testing the micro usb for input because that is mainly for you to charge overnight at lower speed or passthrough charging with other devices.Lastly, battery capacity looks very promising. I was able to get SP7 50% back and S20 Ultra 50% back and the battery was still above 50% (2 dots).Conclusion: Be weary if you buy this for Macbooks. I bought this to future proof in case if I need a power bank on the go for bigger devices but it seems like this couldn't justify my needs. I already have smaller power banks for mobile devices so it just wouldn't make sense for me to keep this just to charge those.----------------------------------UPDATE-------------------------------------POWERADD sent a replacement and I have tested out this new battery. At first, I thought it's gonna be the same because it has the same batch number as the one I got originally. But fortunately, it worked correctly this time.The powerbank managed to keep the MacbookAir charged somewhere around 12W using the regular USB type A connector. So it will charge macbooks, but with just a slower rate.The USB-C can charge other device at higher rate now, not sure what was wrong with the first one. It kept my Surface Pro 7 charging at around 20W; meaning that it can hold charge or increase percentage while being used under regular workload.As it is right now, the battery is still a great deal for the price considering other similar options are around $60+. POWERRADD also has great customer service because they immediately tried to contact me when they learn about how I had trouble with my first power bank. Totally recommend!!

We recently went on a few road trips and its hard to believe, but in this day and age I dont have plugs in the back seat for the kids. After doing research and asking some friends, I decided to give this energy cell a chance. I love it. First, and the selling point, is I can plug 2 different devices into this at the same time. You will have to buy a separate cord as it only comes with 1 cord, but the 2nd nice thing is it has an adapter so altogether you can plug into 3 different charging types with the same cord. This is a massive energy cell, I can get 3 - 4 car uses out of it, assuming both kids are using it. I love this device and am so happy I got it!

I had issues with my first device I ordered so I wrote a review giving the product and company 1 star and left it at that. Last week I received a phone call from a customer service rep for the company. This is the first time I've ever received a phone call from customer service on any product I've purchased via Amazon and I've purchased a lot since they started. Most of the time customer service simply reaches out to you by email. Well the lady was very nice and apologetic about the issues I was having and offered to ship me out another unit right away. It has arrived and I'm very happy to say it works perfectly! Even the three way cord works as designed. I'm very happy with this product and even happier with their customer service department. This company really cares about it's customers and I HIGHLY recommend you use this product as well as seek other products sold by this company since they truly care about their customers.

It says on this page that you can charge it faster using the micro USB port and the USB C port at the same time. I have the charger from my old Samsung S5 phone connected to the micro USB port, and the PD charger from my Samsung A71 connected to the USB C port, but the unit continues to just blink one dot. Sorry I bought this. Should have spent more money and bought the Anker 26800.01/11/21 I received a replacement and it seems to be charging. Good that company stands behind their products.

Battery charges much slower than advertised like I lefted charging with two charges and it took about 18hrs to charge, PW? What PW battery charges my note 10 plus at regular speed about 1 1/2hr to charge 55min with a wall charger. At the end of the day is not bad just don't be fooled it will charge your phone but don't spect super speed.

Bought this to charge a Macbook Air on a trip I am taking tomorrow. It arrived and does NOT power a MacBook Air, and now I don’t' have time to order something that will actually work for my trip.

It's great but, it's definitely not pumping out 30w. On my Note 20 Ultra it only activates fast charging, but never super fast charging. The battery itself charges pretty quickly via usb c. It's still a great product.
