I love this.I am not really understanding the bad reviews.I have found that it works rather well.After the first use my hair took longer to grow back and skin felt so smooth and lovely.After multiple uses I came to the conclusion that this is an amazing at home, hair removal option.So much cheaper than leading brands.Not as powerful as the Phillips lumea but a very good dupe.Maybe I got lucky and got the good one in the batch. Who knows.All I do know is that this is brill and I am happy that I purchased it.

Decided to wait to review this as I’d read elsewhere that the results can’t be seen straight away. Bought this for my daughter and she said it was a little fiddly at first. You have to get the ‘gun’ at a right angle to the skin. Once you get the hang of this away you go. Don’t expect results straight away. It has taken two weeks to see the results. Hairs that always grew now no longer do. For some stubborn hairs it will take a little longer, but she is more than pleased with the initial results. A happy daughter = a happy customer!

It stopped working after the first use.And of course can't be returned because you have 30 days to return and guess what, you have to wait 30 days from the first laser session to do the second!I used it the first time, no problem. When I went to use it for the second time it didn't work anymore, but since 30 days had already passed it cannot be returned. What a scam!

This product is okay - you get what you pay for. The device sometimes cuts out when it gets too hot. Effective for short uses.

If you're black, save your money. I have used this religiously for months on arms, legs etc and there has been zero difference in hair growth. Although my skin colour shows up on the guidance chart as one of the colours this device is safe to use on, it has zero effect.
