Great feel and works as should on both sides of new barn door. Back side has flat part of handle as slides behind wall. Contractor had no problem installing. I would buy again.

This is such practical hardware!
It is a great weight, easy to install, and I love using it! The grip handle is perfect to use, but slender enough to not impede the door sliding

Fair price for a solid handle
Got this for a barn door project I recently completed. Installation was easy, but I did drop a star because of the handle's finish. You need to be very careful while screwing the handle together. Overtightening or not aligning it perfectly can result in the finish being scraped off. So, be careful.
