Love this product for blonde hair it's a must!

Ok. I Should do one of those YouTube videos for this product. I got it thinking no way it’s not going to look good on my blonde. I have found that quick easy tone or even a brighter for your blondes. I’m a light Cool blonde have used wella etc. this product is a must have for you blonde hair folks. It’s easy and everyone was complimenting me on the blonde I had. I believe you have to have blonde to use it. It works better and longer than purple shampoo and for me who has hair that tends to grab (porous ends) no guessing via toner color via wella etc. great for a pick me up - my hair looked better than it’s usual toner. Problem is it’s semi permanent— lasts longer than the same color non amplified which I’ve tried after this product . Buy amplified gives it a softer blonde. And longer blonde. On your blonde Don’t worry about the virgin snow color they show you. It will take your brass or yellow or bleached or just needing a touch up color to a beautiful blonde. I was shocked surprised and it’s really something I want to keep for my hair at all times when. Needing a touch up or an easy tone. Easy on your hair too- I don’t understand why there isn’t many YouTube videos on this. I’m assuming as I did that folks think of manic - brands for pink purple not a blonde color or toner. I bought this because I didn’t have time to hit sallys and amazon had it and I am so glad I found it. I will still use good longer lasting toner but keep this as a back up. Warning. I tried the non amplified virgin snow. It’s okay. Just doesn’t last long at all.

So, I have used this in the past without issue. I know it is a good product... However, this time it turned most of my hair blue/too silver... I was looking for a silvery/white blonde, and I wasn't very yellow before... But my color was fading. Um... I don't mind because the roots look wonderful, but I guess my hair was porous... I washed with a clarifying shampoo first, let it dry and left the dye on for 1.5 hrs. Nothing crazy. My experience in the past was just a gentle effect, but for whatever reason this time it REALLY worked to the point of toning too much... It's okay because I can put my hair up until I wash it again... I just wasn't expecting this, and it isn't the product's fault, it is my fault because I underestimated the effect/strength so I made my hair as dry as possible. Clarifying shampoo and let my hair dry... Not a good idea. My hair isn't damaged and I have minimal split ends. Uh... This was new. Don't be discouraged, just if your hair is already really light, start at the roots to give the length less time. AND DON'T LEAVE IT ON FOR OVER 45 minutes. It is better than a product that doesn't work at all. This has always worked for me. but maybe a bit too well this time. lol oops

The bottle is so small, it hardly did anything to my bleached hair after two hours. And I have VERY short hair! A better way is to buy manic panic's purple hair dye and mix your own toner with any cheap white conditioner. You can make as much as you want and as strong as you want it! And it works amazingly better than this tiny bottle of weak toner.

I've been using this product for years and always get excellent results. My Platinum hair is shiny and silky soft. 1. I use Manic Panic 40 on my very dark brown and gray hair. I start at the nape and work up to the top of the crown. Use the plastic cap and leave for 20 minutes. 2. The top of my hair has gone gray and is lighter than the back. After the first 20 minutes on the back has developed , I put the rest on the front and put the cap back on. I check every 10 minutes until front and back are an even light lemon yellow. 3. When bleaching is even, I take a wide tooth comb and GENTLY comb through. This will reduce patches of yellow and gold. 4. Wash twice. Yes, your hair feels stiff. ( Stiff is expected, Slimy is not) 5. DO NOT CONDITION!!! If you seal the shaft you will not get even tone! 6. Blow dry. I use a paddle brush. 7. Apply Virgin Snow in sections. Use a Wide Tooth comb to gently distribute the toner. I leave it on 45 - 60 minutes. It's organic and won't damage your hair. 8. Wash with high quality shampoo. I also use a Loreal Power Dose after washing. 9. Highly recommend 'It's a 10' balm to finish. 10. Style as you normally would Good Luck!

I have used Manic Panic before and I really think the company and product is awesome. My friends use it with great results. This particular product has been the ending in a process of bleaching my hair to get a crisp Nordic white that I hoped to achieve. My hair is like that now, but not because of this product. After the bleach I put this product on as a toner (no peroxide needed as said on the bottle) and even after 15 minutes, my hair had a purple tinge with blue streaking. In other cases, I would not have minded, but my hair was possibly too porous to take this product. After several washings (4-5), I tried another product that did not have the purple/blue tones that every other person was raving about to get my current icy white colour. The moral of the story is this, make sure your hair is not too porous with a strand test before using such product.

I love this toner. I have tired do many toners since I have gone super light blonde, and this one is by far the best in do many we ways and for so many reasons. Most toners require a developer, which means that it will cause some damage to the hair, although minimal compared to lightening with bleach and things like that. This toner takes advany of the fact that when your hair is a level 10, it is so light that there's no need to add extra damage when you can tone very light hair without adding any chamicals, like develpers. It doesn't last as long as a Wella permeant liquid toner, for example, that you would get ag Sally's Beauty Supply, but you just use it more frequently and you avoid all that extra damage! My hair even feels softer after using this product! The best thing about this particular toner is that unlike other toners that eliminate yellow from the hair, Manic Panic "Virgin Snow" does not ever give your hair that little hint of purple/violet if you're hair is more porous in some areas, or you leave it on longer, etc.... It always comes out the perfect white/platinum ashy blonde without any of the most of the other toners have. THIS TONER US #1!!!

Really did not take much brass out and did not leave hair conditioned.

It's a good white toner. But for such a price I thought would be better ! As you can see my hair were pretty well bleached. For such a result I will go back to my usual brand that costs half of this price. I let the product on my hair for 1 hour. ( Purple is from Adore )

I first used Manic Panic when I was 16 to colour my hair bright pink. 12 years later and I still reach for the Manic Panic when I want to play around with my hair. Their products never disappoint. But please, follow the directions exactly, they won’t let you down!
