Recommendable for party people
It's really works, but next day you'll get stomach upset due to drinks. If you uncomfortable just vomit it. Because once you vomited then almost all will be clear.

Very good product
I have found it very effective, no hangover next day even after mixing different types of drinks (caution: it may not be applicable for people who drink until they become unconscious). Surprisingly, it was recommended to me by my Korean colleagues. And it is now available for shopping on Korean flights as well.
