What a beautiful piece! And it is sharp! My son collects knives and he loves this piece! The details are fantastic! It is sturdy but not heavy. The handle is very pretty! The sheath is very nice quality too! Great value!

Although the camel bone is not as white as depicted in the picture supplied, the knife is pretty amazing. I’ve used it to skin two deer before honing the blade. People that provided a bad review, indicating a chunk is missing on the blade when arrived are likely misleading you by the fact the backside has a design where it looks like there is a chunk of metal missing. Instead, it’s part of a pretty cool design that you can see in the pictures provided by the supplier. I’ve purchased three of the ram horn knives as well (for gifts) and these are unbelievable knives for what you pay.

Not exactly the brown and white bone color i was expecting but it's absolutely gorgeous and great quality. Feels very study and heavy. Great knife, comes in oil to prevent rust. Good material, great sharpness, has a wonderful shape and design

After reading the reviews, I almost decided not to buy this. It seems like so many people are having issues with the product, but it looked so good, that I just had to take a chance and buy it anyway. I’m really glad that I did. A lot of people were upset because the knife they received had a much darker handle than the one in the photo. Although the knife that I received did have a much darker and than I expected, it still looks great. The handle is a very dark almost (black brown) with some lighter blues and greens marbled in (depending on the light). I’m no expert, so I can’t say for sure that the blade is made of real Damascus steel, but either way, it looks beautiful. If you turn the blade and look at the back, you can see the layers in the steel so it doesn’t seem like an acid wash. The knife also came with a coating of oil to prevent rust and to lubricate the moving parts of the knife, which was nice. I was surprised at how short the knife handle is overall, but it still fits comfortably in my hand. The leather pouch doesn’t have the decorative imprintings like in the photo, but still looks fine. I probably won’t use it anyway. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and I will definitely be buying more knives from this seller.

Beautiful knife true damascus not acid etched. I would have given 5 but I received the wrong handle color and the knife came covered in grease, disgusting! Not going to return because over all the knife is nice.

Greatest Damascus for price. I was all but scared away by the reviews, some people were rather unhappy with their purchase. I on the other hand and pleased as can be. There's a small inclusion that I've noticed, but doesn't seem like it'll make a difference based on it's location. The handle is beautiful, the craftsmanship is pretty good as well. The thumb studs as mentioned by others leave something to be desired, but with a file and a dremmel I think I'll get it right where I want it to be. The blade arrived sharp, much sharper than other reviewers led me to believe it would, I immediately opened the knife and cut my other Amazon packages open with it.Be realistic purchasers. I believe that I will be able to use this knife as a pocket knife for a long time. If you want to chop down trees, maybe spend the money on a sword or machete. If you're looking for a great function for size knife that looks great, this is it.
