Can i use this im a white lady with fine hair trying to grow it

I wouldn't recommend it. It's a heavy cream for hair that would soak it in and if you have fine hair it will weigh it down and make it greasy. This product also is not really used to grow hair, its more to help keep it strong and healthy for people who manipulate their hair cuasing breakage.
